A bit about Shelia

Shelia Billingham is a Senior Loan Officer with University Lending Group. Shelia has over 9 years of mortgage experience and over 17 years of experience as a commercial insurance agent. Shelia offers her clients a broad range of purchase and refinancing options, including VA, FHA, USA, conventional, jumbo financing and more.

“I understand that to many, obtaining a mortgage can be a stressful process. That’s why I am a firm believer in good communication” she says. “From the initial phone call to processing, underwriting, closing and beyond, my goal is to put buyers in the right loan program and offer the best rate possible.”

As a happily married mother of five beautiful children, two of Sheila's sons have served in the military. Zach was in the Airforce and Ryan was a Marine (corpsman).

Outside of work, Shelia enjoys hangout out with family and friends watching college football and hockey. She also enjoys attending community events and participating in various charities.
