He's helped numerous associations with the FHA approval process and advised on amending master deeds to keep condo communities financeable and warrantable. You could say Jim's the "Condo King."

Jim works very hard to give you a stress-free financing experience, knowing that this may be one of the largest purchases you make in your lifetime. 

While Jim's away from work, he's participating in community events with Saline Area Social Services, Chad Tough Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, and other local charities. Giving back to the community is an integral part of Jim's personality.
